Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled. Orders usually ship the same day, and orders placed by 1 PM ship the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

• Can be cancelled: orders that have not shipped.
• Can't be cancelled: orders that have already shipped. Refused or returned orders are charged a 20% restocking fee on the invoice amount, plus return freight.

If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know right away.

If we find an obvious pricing or listing error after you order, we will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it before it ships.
